Gateway LT2032u 10.1-Inch Black Netbook - Over 7 Hours of Battery Life (Windows 7 Starter) Review
This is a great netbook. It is light, portable, inexpensive, and fast.
A true value and a true joy to own and use.
One can purchase an add-on cd or dvd drive which connects through a usb port. However, new software can be purchased on flash cards/drives, so an add-on cd or dvd drive may not ever be necessary. One can also connect portable storage in the form of portable hard drives for hard drive back up.
The WiiFi is terrific. Is intuitive in setting up new connections. Works well, and runs fast.
I own a hefty desk top with a 20 inch flat screen monitor. I thought I might find the small netbook somewhat uncomfortable to use in comparison. It is not. The screen is clear and sharp. The keyboard is first rate and the area where one drags one's fingers to point, in place of a mouse, is very intuitive and responsive.
It looks like Gateway is really back in a very big way!
